You remained professional even after we changed our trip location several times and went through countless resorts and flights! E & B Travel, LLC, I had a wonderful time in Las Vegas and LA... I didn't have any problems at the airport just walked up to the kiosk, checked my bags and was off to my vacation!! Harrah's and the Luxor in Las Vegas were amazing, the check-in, customer service and stays at both properties were fantastic!!! My rental car experience was awesome as well and I was even able to get an upgrade on the vehicle!! I rented the new Ford Charger which was nice and roomy for my ride to LA and had a great time aside from a small situation with the LA hotel. However, I made sure to let Ms Renee know what happened and she got everything straightened out immediately, getting the hotel to send me a $100 credit which really wasn't necessary but was a major plus in my book!! Ms Renee knows how to handle any situation... and the customer service is always A1!!! I was always able to get in contact with her by phone, text or email and will definitely be using the services again! Thank you so much E & B Travel, LLC, I can’t wait for my next trip🙌🏽💯🛫🌎
